My name is Kathryn and I provide one-on-one personalized care in a calm, low-stress environment designed to promote comfort, trust, and well-being. Each appointment is tailored to your dog’s individual needs and includes gentle handling, premium products, and attention to every detail. From refreshing baths and stylish haircuts to luxurious spa treatments, my goal is to help every pet look beautiful, feel refreshed, and enjoy a positive grooming experience from start to finish. New Client Information Please book appointments under the pet parent’s name. After booking, all new clients must complete the Pet Intake & Grooming Waiver before their appointment. The form collects your dog’s name, breed, vaccination information, medical history, and other important grooming details. Appointments may be canceled if the required intake form has not been completed prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee and may require a deposit for future appointments.
